about us Since opening in July 1998 Mangobajito has been very succesful on providing delicious healthy freshly prepared foods for the regular visitors of the cafe and for catering events. We are interested in expanding our ideas about food and create and franchise to serve this food ideology. We are interested in a kind of cooking that is fresh, inspired in the use of flavourings of world food, taking advantages of what the London market has there to offer. A cooking that is enjoyable retaining the original flavour of the produce, using best quality ingredients, as a way to enhace the variety cooking styles.
